BB00664: Du’a’a’l-Qahriyya ’Ala’n-nafy

This is a prayer of dominion for banishing the self for one who has asked of his Lord in his communion:

In the Name of God, the Most Dominant, the Most Dominant!

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy First-ness, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Alif that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Transcendence, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Ba that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Beauty, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Jim that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Everlastingness, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Dal that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Guidance, which is elevated above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Ha that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Sovereignty, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Vav that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Purity, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Za that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Paradise-hood, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Ha that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Holiness, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Ta that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Strength, which is elevated above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Ya that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Grandeur, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Kaf that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Subtlety, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Lam that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Dominion, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Mim that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Luminosity, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Nun that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Glory, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with Sin that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glory be to Thee, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Loftiness, which is exalted above all things, to remove through Thy power every being marked with ʿAyn that is attributed to aught but the Truth, for verily Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Power, which is exalted above all things, to annihilate every essence of Fa attributed to aught but the Truth, through Thy power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Self-Sufficiency, which is exalted above all things, to annihilate every essence of Sad attributed to aught but the Truth, through Thy power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Self-Subsistence, which is exalted above all things, to annihilate every essence of Qaf attributed to aught but the Truth, through Thy power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Lordship, which is exalted above all things, to annihilate every essence of Ra attributed to aught but the Truth, through Thy power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Witnessing, which is exalted above all things, to annihilate every essence of Shin attributed to aught but the Truth, through Thy power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Power of Repentance, which is exalted above all things, to annihilate every essence of Ta attributed to aught but the Truth, through Thy power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Steadfastness, which is exalted above all things, to annihilate every essence of Tha attributed to aught but the Truth, through Thy power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Creative Power, which is exalted above all things, to annihilate every essence of Kha attributed to aught but the Truth, through Thy power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Power of Creation, which is exalted above all things, to annihilate every essence of Dhal attributed to aught but the Truth, through Thy power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy All-Embracing Power, which is exalted above all things, to annihilate every essence of Dad attributed to aught but the Truth, through Thy power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Manifestness, which is exalted above all things, to annihilate every essence of Za attributed to aught but the Truth, through Thy power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! I beseech Thee by Thy Transcendence, which is exalted above all things, to annihilate every essence of Ghayn attributed to aught but the Truth, through Thy power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.

Glorified art Thou, O my God! O my God, after this prayer nothing remains for aught but the Truth that has not been mentioned therein. Therefore, O God, hasten Thy vengeance and retribution upon those who worship Thee not and prostrate not before Thee. Verily, Thou hast ever been the Subduer of all things, the Manifest above all things, the Powerful over all things, the Exalted above all things, the Inaccessible above all things, the Most High in the heights of all things, the Sovereign over all things, [Supreme] above all things, and the Guardian over all Thou hast created and fashioned. Therefore, O God, purify the hearts of Thy loved ones through the manifestation of the authority of Thy transcendence and exaltation, and the dominion of Thy sovereignty and inaccessibility, until Thou causest all to enter, through Thy bounty, into Thy good-pleasure. In Thy knowledge there is none who can be veiled from Thy glory. Verily, Thou art knowing of all things, Thou art powerful over all things, Thou art the Sustainer of all things, Thou art the Watcher over all things, and Thou art the Preserver of all things.
