In the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate

Peace from the Peace, and what Peace returns to Peace. There is no God but Him, the Worshipped One, to Whom all creation shall return. Then peace from the Presence of Innovation, the Ancient Remembrance, to all the people of Islam and submission. And praise be to Him, there is no God but Him, for He has made known to us the wisdom of innovation through invention and made us among those who remember. And thanks be to Him for His favor upon us in opening the channel for the descent of mercy from them, even if we were not among the believers, for the Mighty and Glorious does not change what is with a people until they change what is within themselves, and He does not punish us whether we are grateful for His favors or not.

O God, make us among those who acknowledge Your unity—there is no God but Him—and who are humble before Your signs, who worship and prostrate to the Most Merciful as You commanded prostration. The people of goodness obeyed You while the created praisers turned away from Your command. Thanks be to You, O Most Thankful One, for You have inspired us with knowledge of the Tree and its fire and the pressed oil thereof, and the attainment of the lamp and the matter of the glass and the completion of the Word through the rotation of the Point, and You have made us among those who submit.

To continue: The Messenger has conveyed what he was commanded and we have heard his command and we were among those who looked upon his tablet. God, the Mighty and Glorious, has honored us through observing in the tablets the knowledge of the pillars of unity, distinguishing guidance from error, and we are, God willing, among those who obey His command and who submit to the command of His Supreme and Mighty Remembrance regarding what was unclear to us from the allegories. Perhaps God, exalted is He, will inspire us with knowledge of His mystery after a while or before, and we hope from the Most High, the Great, that He will hasten relief for the oppressed by the right of the family of God upon Him and His decree upon all the family of God.

And blessings and peace from the exalted Lord upon the fourteen ruby reeds from among the infallible ones, and after them upon the poor among their Shia from the submitters and their expectant lovers and the rest of the hearts that yearn for them from among those who were scattered and created.

O God, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad and hasten their relief by their right, O Most Generous One.
