BB00446: Kitab al-Vahid 11 (Letter to the eleventh Temple)

This is what We sent down upon the eleventh Temple, from the All-Powerful, the All-Knowing.

He is

In the Name of God, the Self-Subsisting, the Most Holy

Praise be to God Who created the heavens and earth by His command. Those who believe in God and His signs, these shall abide forever in the paradise wherein all that their souls desire shall be found, and the One who stands therein is the Truth, were they but to know. And those who disbelieve in God and His signs, these shall be confined in the fire. God will cause them to suffer the heat of hell, a command from His presence. There is no God but Him, the All-Powerful, the All-Compelling.

This is an epistle from the letter Tha’ unto the eleventh Temple. Bear thou witness that there is no God but Him, the King, the All-Praised. He it is Who hath sent down the Book in truth wherein there is no doubt. Say: All are submissive unto Him. Say: These are clear signs from God, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting. Say: This proof sufficeth the people of the heavens and earth and all that lieth between them, if they be fair-minded.

Say: Should all the people of the heavens and earth gather together to produce the like of these verses, they would never be able, though all were learned. Say: This is a proof which God Himself doth reckon. Verily, there is no God but Him, the Protector, the Eternal.

Say: The letters are two and twenty from God, the Mighty, the Best Beloved. God hath composed them in such wise that all are powerless before them. Say: This, this is a revelation from His presence testifying that He is the All-Powerful, the All-Compelling. He it is Who sendeth down what He willeth by His command, more swiftly than to say unto it “Be” and it is. Say: He hath power over all things. There is no God but Him, the All-Knowing, the All-Glorious. He it is Whose grace hath encompassed all things.

Say: We all beseech His grace. His is the creation and the command, in the past and in the future. There is no God but Him, the Mighty, the Praised One. God beareth witness that there is no God but Him and that Him Whom God shall make manifest—all His manifestation past and future—and that the proof of the Living One, His letters, all act according to His command. His is the praise for having made Himself known unto us, a grace from His presence. There is no God but Him, the All-Bountiful, the Most Holy.
