Verily, Thou art powerful over whatsoever Thou willest.

This is the prayer for the Day of Glory—recite it after that prayer, and likewise for all days:

He is the Beloved

I bear witness, O my God, on this Day of Glory, that Thou art the Glory of all who are glorious. Thou bestowest glory upon whomsoever Thou willest and withholdest glory from whomsoever Thou willest. Thou exaltest whomsoever Thou willest and abaseth whomsoever Thou willest, and Thou forgivest whomsoever Thou willest. In Thy hands is the kingdom of all things. Verily, Thou art powerful and mighty over that.

The Day of Beauty

He is the Glorious One

I bear witness, O my God, on this Day of Beauty, that Thou art the Beauty of all who are beautiful. Thou bestowest beauty upon whomsoever Thou willest and taketh beauty from whomsoever Thou willest. Thou raiseth up whomsoever Thou willest and bringeth down whomsoever Thou willest, and Thou maketh beautiful whomsoever Thou willest. In Thy hands is the dominion of all things. Verily, Thou art powerful and all-encompassing over whatsoever Thou willest.

The Day of Perfection

He is the Mighty One

I bear witness, O my God, on this Day of Perfection, that Thou art the Perfection of all who are perfect. Thou bestowest perfection upon whomsoever Thou willest and withholdest perfection from whomsoever Thou willest. Thou strengtheneth whomsoever Thou willest and abandoneth whomsoever Thou willest, and Thou banisheth whomsoever Thou willest. In Thy hands is the command over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful and great over whatsoever Thou desirest.

The Day of Grace

He is the Self-Sufficient One

I bear witness, O my God, on this Day of Grace, that Thou art the Most Gracious of all who show grace. Thou bestowest excellence upon whomsoever Thou willest and withholdest excellence from whomsoever Thou willest. Thou showest kindness unto whomsoever Thou willest and excuseth whomsoever Thou willest, and Thou causeth to work whomsoever Thou willest. In Thy hands is the grandeur of all things. Verily, Thou art All-Knowing and Ancient.

The Day of Justice

He is the King

I bear witness, O my God, on this Day of Justice, that Thou art the Most Just of all who are just. Thou bestowest justice upon whomsoever Thou willest and taketh justice from whomsoever Thou willest. Thou delivereth whomsoever Thou willest and provideth for whomsoever Thou willest, and Thou causeth to die whomsoever Thou willest. In Thy hands is the power over all things. Verily, Thou art powerful and invincible over that.

The Day of Majesty

He is the Sovereign

I bear witness, O my God, on this Day of Majesty, that Thou art the King of all kings. Thou bestowest sovereignty upon whomsoever Thou willest and taketh sovereignty from whomsoever Thou willest. Thou giveth life unto whomsoever Thou willest and causeth to die whomsoever Thou willest, and Thou preserveth whomsoever Thou willest. In Thy hands is the dominion over all things. Verily, Thou art all-encompassing and all-knowing over all that.

The Day of Independence

He is the Self-Subsisting One

I bear witness, O my God, on this Day of Independence, that Thou art the Sovereign of all sovereigns. Thou bestowest sovereignty upon whomsoever Thou willest and taketh sovereignty from whomsoever Thou willest. Thou maketh victorious whomsoever Thou willest and giveth dominion to whomsoever Thou willest, and Thou subdueth whomsoever Thou willest. In Thy hands is the ultimate power over all things. Verily, Thou art the All-Subduing, the Almighty, the Powerful.

Recite this before that prayer on all days, that ye may be assured of the signs of God:

He is the Wise One

I bear witness, O my God, before all things, that Thou art my Creator and the Creator of all things, my Provider and the Provider of all things, my Life-Giver and the Life-Giver of all things, my Cause of Death and the Cause of Death of all things, my Resurrector and the Resurrector of all things. There is no God but Thee, inasmuch as Thou hast made me prostrate before Thyself and a worshipper of Thy Being. Unto Thee be praise for the manifestation of these bounties, unto Thee be thanks for the dawning of these favors, and unto Thee be glory for the appearance of this, both before and after. There is no God but Thee. Glory be unto Thee, O God, my God. Verily, I am the first of the worshippers, and praise be unto Thee. Thou art, Thou art alone, the Lord of all the worlds. I beseech Thee, O my God, that Thou wouldst send Thy blessings upon the Bayan and upon those who have ascended unto Thee. Verily Thou art, Thou art. There is no God but Thee, the Lord of all the worlds.
