BB00448: Kitab al-Vahid 05 (Letter to the fifth Temple)

This is what We have sent down to the fifth one who believed in God and His signs, and verily We are All-Knowing.

He is

In the Name of God, the Most Ancient, the Most Mighty

Glorified be He Who directs the affairs of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is between them, the Ever-Living, the All-Encompassing. He is the One Who has power over all things, before and after, and verily He has been the Keeper of all things.

This is indeed an epistle from the letter Tha’ unto the fifth one who believed in God and His signs. Bear thou witness that He is the Mighty, the Beloved. Then bear witness that there is no God but Him, the Self-Exalted, the Holy. Thus is God, our Lord, the Lord of all things—there is no God but Him, the All-Powerful, the Described One. Verily thou art the Fifth Temple from God, the Mighty, the Most Dear. Bear thou witness that there is no God but Him, before and after, and He is verily the All-Powerful, the All-Compelling.

Say: He is the Subduer over all things, and He is the King, the All-Possessing. His is the dominion of the heavens and earth—there is no God but Him. Say: all shall return unto Him. He is God, there is no God but Him. Say: all shall come back to Him. Fear God, O people, for the life of this world is vain, and unto God shall they be the lost. And ye shall surely perform deeds that will benefit you on the Day of Resurrection, if ye but knew.

This is what God hath enjoined upon you in the Book, a command from His presence—there is no God but Him, and we are all sincere unto Him. And we have placed our trust in Him, and He is our All, except Him. That sufficeth us, before and after—there is no God but Him, the Protector, the Self-Subsisting. Say: We have held fast to the cord of God, and none can hold fast except unto Him, and He is our Lord—there is no God but Him. And upon Him should His detached servants in the heavens and earth rely, and all shall be raised up unto Him.

He is the One Who standeth by His Cause, Who recompenseth every soul for what it hath earned—there is no God but Him, the All-Powerful, the Everlasting. His is the right to question those who are in the heavens and earth, and all shall be tested by Him. There is no God but God—say: all act by His command. And blessed is He Who hath sent down the Book in truth, wherein is no doubt—say: we are all submissive unto Him. And what is there for us now but to believe in God, her Lord, the Lord of all the worlds.
