God is the Light of the heavens and earth [Q24:35]. His Light is like a niche wherein is a lamp, a lamp, a lamp, a lamp, within a crystal above a crystal, a crystal, a crystal, well-nigh shining forth of itself even as doth shine the morning star. That is a blessed tree and an exalted word, whose light would well-nigh shine forth even though no fire touched it. That is the Tree of Truth which would well-nigh manifest itself before being summoned. That is the very essence of the first one who answered God in the primal beginning, and who believeth in Him Whom God shall make manifest at the Dawning-Place of eternity.

Thus doth God set forth parables unto those who believe in the signs of their Lord.
