In the Name of God, the Powerful, the Most Holy

I bear witness at the beginning of religion that there is no God but Him, the Lord of all worlds. And there is none like unto Muhammad His Messenger, neither before nor after, nor in all the worlds. God has indeed chosen him in the Mother Book above all the former and latter ones. Say: I am verily the first of the worshippers, and I am verily the first of those who are certain that there is no God but God, the Lord of all worlds.

And verily the Book from Him is the Bayan wherein all things have been detailed, and God has no Book except this wherein the laws of all things have been sent down, and it is indeed a mighty guardian Book. And God has created, for what has been revealed in the Book, witnesses from His presence who act by His leave. All declare that He Who created all things by His command shall be worshipped by all things through His command “Be!” and it is. His is the creation and the command, before and after, and unto Him shall all return.

He is the One Whom nothing can comprehend, and nothing can know, and nothing can remember, and nothing can unify, and nothing can worship as befits His worship. And from His knowledge nothing escapes, neither in the heavens nor on the earth nor what lies between them, and nothing frustrates Him, neither in the kingdom of command nor of creation nor what lies beneath them. And whenever anything is mentioned by a name, it is created by Him.

And God has not attributed to Himself except the fourteen holy letters in the kingdom of the unseen and then in the dominion of the visible like the unseen, that they might be manifested through His manifestation in them, so that all things in the worlds of the Point before and after the letters might witness what God has testified concerning Himself and what has been sent down in the Bayan through His grace and mercy upon all things, through what He has created therein of His signs. Verily He is All-Knowing, All-Powerful.
