He is the Most Mighty, the Most Glorious
Glorified art Thou, O my God! I and all things bear witness that Thou art God, that there is no God but Thee, alone with no partner. Thine is the Kingdom and the Dominion, Thine the Might and the Omnipotence, Thine the Power and the Divinity, Thine the Strength and the Sovereignty of Earth, Thine the Glory and the Grandeur, Thine the Countenance and the Beauty, Thine the Visage and the Perfection, Thine the Might and the Action, Thine the Awe and the Likeness, Thine the Greatness and the Independence, Thine the Majesty and the Revelation, Thine the Mercy and Grace, Thine the Dominion and Justice, Thine the Similitude and Examples, Thine the Stations and Glory, Thine the Might and the Inaccessibility, Thine the Power and Exaltation, Thine the Joy and the Gladness, and Thine is whatsoever Thou lovest or willest in the Kingdom of Command and Creation.
Thou hast ever been one God, Single, Eternal, Independent, Living, Self-Subsisting, Enduring, Mighty, Transcendent, Inaccessible. Thou hast taken neither consort nor son, and Thou didst create all things by Thy power with perfect ordination. Thou givest life and death, then death and life, and verily Thou art the Ever-Living Who dieth not, the Sovereign Who passeth not away, the Just Who wrongeth not, the King Who changeth not, the Single One from Whose grasp escapeth nothing whether in the heavens or on earth or between them. Thou createst what Thou willest by Thy command. Verily, Thou art powerful over all things.
The letter you wrote has been seen and perused. Regarding the mention of letters not arriving—it is not that they were not mentioned, but rather they were mentioned yet did not arrive. In no circumstance should you imagine sorrow, for whatever the Lord of Glory has ordained is good. Be hopeful in God’s grace that sorrows will be lifted in every condition.
In every condition I have instructed the light of my eyes, Mirza Javad, to write about everyone’s health and obtain whatever you need. If something must come from Yazd, write and they will bring it. From this direction it has been mentioned that it will arrive.
Regarding the honored mother whom you mentioned—may God preserve her noble being along with all others in every condition. Whenever they see sorrow they will lift it, and wherever there is no sorrow there will be tranquility.
Use the brocade fabric—mention of it is not fitting. The velvet and other items you requested were sent along with a bottle of perfume.
Remember to mention the honored grandmother Siyyid 14. Remember all with mention.
